Welcome to Ayaresa Voices. These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the rules for using our website at ayaresavoices.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who we are

Important: this is not medical or mental health care

Ayaresa Voices is an educational and community resource. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or any other form of professional advice. Reading content on the Site, submitting our contact form, or interacting with our materials does not create a clinical, therapeutic, counseling, legal, or other professional relationship between you and us.

Always seek the advice of a licensed mental health professional or other qualified provider with any questions you may have regarding a mental health or medical condition. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on this Site.

If you are in crisis

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911 (in the United States) or your local emergency number right away.

For mental health crises in the United States, you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. We may link to other hotlines and resources on the Site for convenience, but those organizations are independent of us — we do not control their services, response times, or availability, and we are not responsible for the content or outcome of any interaction with them.

Who can use the Site

You may use the Site if you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we ask that they not use it.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or defamatory content through our contact form or any other channel.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is your own, accurate, and shared voluntarily. We handle the information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please don't share sensitive personal information (such as detailed health history, government identifiers, or financial account information) through the contact form — it isn't built to receive that kind of data.

Our content

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and the way the Site looks and feels — is owned by Ayaresa Voices or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, read, and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use our name, logo, or branding in ways that imply endorsement or affiliation when none exists.

Using a linked resource is at your own discretion.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

Governing law and disputes
